Remy Kay Back

Young Remy Kay Back, age 5 fierceful weeks old, put on her angel wings as she was called to her heavenly home on June 22, 2022. She was born one of two to proud parents Christopher Wayne and Paige Elizabeth (Wildman) Back on May 14, 2022, at 4:06 p.m., at St. Vincent's Woman's Hospital in Indianapolis. She weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 18 inches long. Remy was a fighter from the start, having heart ailments and being born premature. After transitioning from the Woman's Hospital to Riley Hospital for Children, she quickly found strength, embedded footprints of strength to many loved ones, made quite the facial expressions, was coined "Ms. Cranky Pants" by a favorite nurse, gave strength to many others, and impacted all whom she met. She was loved by many! Remy is survived by her loving parents, Chris and Paige; twin sister, Emery June Back by 4 minutes at birth; paternal grandparents, Billy and Gretchen Back; maternal grandmother, Diane Wildman; aunts and uncles: Mike (Deanna) Miller, Maggie (Brock) Cross, Cody Back, Jarrod Wildman, Brandon (Yuliya) Wildman, and Brooke Wildman; and many cousins. Remy was preceded in death by her grandfather, Scott Wildman; aunt, Elizabeth Corbett; and uncle, Ryan Wambergue. Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., also at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Greg Pratt.
