Richard B. Jackson July 26, 1931 - November 22, 2009 Richard B. "Kermit" Jackson, 78, a lifelong resident of Greenfield, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2009 at the Golden Living Center Brandywine. He was born July 26, 1931 in Greenfield, IN and was the son of the late Connie and Dorothy (Brooks) Jackson. Dick was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church of Greenfield, co-owned and operated Pennys Florist Shop, was a member of the Greenfield Kiwanis Club, the Greenfield Elks Lodge #1720 and former volunteer Fire Fighter for over 25 years with the Greenfield Fire Department. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Penny (Serio) Jackson of Greenfield; daughter Denna (Ken) Gundrum of Greenfield; brother, Clyde "Andy" Jackson of Greenfield; niece, Connie Jackson; nephew, Todd Jackson (daughter, Lauren); grandchildren, Angie (David) White; Kevin (Susan) Gundrum; Kenny Gundrum; great-grandchildren, Zo and Quinn White. He was preceded in death by a son, Eddie Cuvellier and daughter, DeeAnn Arwood. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 28, 2009 at St. Michaels Catholic Church, Greenfield with Father Severin Messick O.S.B. officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call Friday, November 27, 2009 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Alzheimers Association Greater Indiana Chapter, 50 East 91st Street Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46240.
