Richard L. Martin

Richard L. Martin of Greenfield passed away unexpectedly at his home January 24, 2018. He was born August 20, 1937 in Indianapolis to the late John and Mertle (Allen) Martin. Richard was a graduate of Tech High School and served in the United States Navy. He married his wife Peggy in the summer of 1984 and they made their home in Greenfield. Prior to his retirement Richard was a lineman for Ford Motor Company, Indianapolis. He enjoyed his family, bowling and golf. He is survived by his children; Don Martin, David Martin, Tim Jordan, Michelle "Shelly" Moore, Cindy Tiefel, Peggy Fosnight, sisters; Georgia Culp, Janet (John) Dickerson, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Richard is preceded in death by his parents listed above and his wife Peggy (Meade) Martin. All services will be private. Arrangements entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Greenfield.
