Richard I. Moore May 26, 1918 - July 26, 2010 Richard I. Moore 92, of Greenfield, passed away July 26, 2010. He was born May 26, 1918 in Blacklick Township, PA., the son of Harry E. and Minnie J. (Hite) Moore. He was a pipe fitter for Eli Lilly and Company for 30 years retiring in 1980. He was a member of St Michael Catholic Church in Greenfield, Indiana. He was a charter member of St. Simon Catholic Church and a member of Knight of Columbus St. Joseph Council, 4th Degree Knight of Columbus Bishop Chatard Assembly. Richard is survived by his beloved wife of 70 years Emma Moore. children Connie Rhinesmith, Janet Woodbury and Richard J. Moore, 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sister and son in law Robert Rhinesmith. Visitation will be Friday July 30, 2010 from 4 8 PM Stillinger Family Funeral Home at 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday July 31 at 1 PM at St. Michael Catholic Church with visitation one hour before service. Entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery. Services entrusted to Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Memorials in Richards name may be made to Seeds of Hope, St. Michael Catholic Church or the ICU at Hancock Regional Hospital.
