Robert Carr June 7, 1928 - July 5, 2007 Robert Carr, a former resident of Greenfield, age 79, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2007. He was born June 7, 1928 in New Castle, Indiana to the late George A. and Hazel (Perdue) Carr. He worked for Allison Transmission, retiring after 27 years of service, and was a member of the UAW Local 933. He is survived by his Daughters, Constance Ford of Danville, IL., Karen McPherson of Franklin, IN., and Sandra Price of Shelbyville, IN.; Son, Steve Carr of Upland, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Evelyn J. (Blackford) Carr. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2007, at Concord Cemetery in Morristown, IN. where burial will take place.
