Robert Bruce Kimmel January 20, 1923 - June 4, 2012 Robert "Bruce" Kimmel age 89 years, a resident of Greenfield, departed this life Monday evening June 4, 2012 at Hancock Regional Hospital Hospice, Greenfield. He was born January 20, 1923 in Larned, Kansas to the late Presley and Clara (Lovett) Kimmel. In 1960, he was the Executive Director of the now Ransburg "Y" in Indianapolis and later worked in Public Relations. He was a member of the Eastgate Christian Church, Indianapolis. He is survived by his wife 69 years, Kathleen (Deck) Kimmel, son, Gregory Kimmel, daughter, Pamela (Glenn) Early all of Greenfield, three grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. Friday June 8, 2012, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at 3:p.m. in the chapel at Valhalla Memory Gardens, 310 N. Johnson Ave, Bloomington, Ind. 47404.
