Robert L. "Butch" White March 9, 1958 - June 16, 2009 Robert L. "Butch" White, 51, a resident of Wisconsin, formerly of Greenfield, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital in Wisconsin. Butch was born March 9, 1958 in Greenfield, Indiana to the late Robert L. and Ruth Evelyn (Hawkins) Gurley. Butch has been cared for by Shepherds Ministries in Union Grove, Wisconsin since 1964. He is survived by a brother, William White; sister, Cathy Sample. A Graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2009 at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown. Comments I was so sorry to hear about Butch. He and my sister, Connie Sue, were at Shepherds together for over 40 years. Butch always had a smile for me when I " visited Shepherds. I will miss him.
