Robert E. Moore

Robert Edgar Moore, 75 of Greenfield, Indiana passed away on April 23, 2023, at his residence in Greenfield. He was born on September 9, 1947, to the late Clarence and Gertrude (Kemper) Moore in Peru, Indiana. Robert held an Associate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and retired from a long career as a service technician at Indiana Bell. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. His valor earned him the National Defense Service Medal, a Vietnam Service Medal with two Bronze Stars, and a Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal. He also enjoyed riding and repairing Harley Davidson motorcycles.

He is survived by his children, Robert Jr. (Emily) Moore, Rebekah (Jake) Miller, Jason (Julia) Moore and Andee Alexander; his brother, Donald Moore; 13 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, listed above, he is preceded in death by his two sisters, Beverly King and Barbara Dumlao.
