Robert Ernest Wicker

Robert Ernest Wicker, 74, Greenfield, passed away unexpectedly on March 22, 2023. He was born on April 19, 1948, to Ralph E. and Mildred (Miller) Wicker. Robert is a 1966 graduate of Hancock Central High School.

Immediately following graduation, Robert went to work for Delco Remy in Anderson, IN. He then joined the U.S. Navy and served his country for 4 years. Post the Navy, he continued onward with Delco Remy until his retirement. Robert was a homebody, but enjoyed nature and fed the birds and flower gardened. He also enjoyed reading.

Robert is survived by his brother, Larry W. Wicker, and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and baby sister, Linda Sue.
