Rosemary Theresa (Danner) Hoff

Rosemary (Danner) Hoff, 92, passed away on April 11, 2022, at Springhurst Health Campus in Greenfield with her family by her side. She was born on February 24, 1930, in Fort Wayne, IN, to Conrad and Grace (Ellert) Danner. She married Eugene N. Hoff on June 25, 1949. Rosemary was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her. She loved to play BINGO at various establishments. She also enjoyed bowling, reading, and completing jigsaw puzzles. Rosemary was a Past President of the VFW Auxiliary, a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and a member of the Women of the Moose. She was a faithful member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Greenfield, IN. Rosemary was the glue that held her family together. She is survived by her loving children: Barbara (Richard) Steedman, Wayne (Clarissa) Hoff, Thomas Hoff, William (Charlene) Hoff, and Ralph Hoff (Tina); 8 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and her siblings, Marcella Gerig and Arnold Danner. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 50 years, Gene Hoff; and son, Michael Hoff. Locally, Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Greenfield, is assisting the family during their loss of Rosemary. Additionally, Feller & Clark Funeral Home, Waterloo, is also assisting the family. There will be visitation and services at each: Tuesday, April 19, 2022, from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m., with a 3:00 p.m. service officiated by Father Jenkins in Greenfield, and Wednesday, April 20, 2022, from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m., with a 3:00 p.m. service officiated by Father Joseph in Waterloo. Burial will take place in St. Michael Cemetery, Waterloo.
