Roy R. Thomas Sr. November 2, 1937 - March 2, 2014 Roy R. Thomas, Sr., age 76 of Greenfield passed away Sunday, March 2, 2014 at his home. He was born November 2, 1937 in Pikeville, KY. to the late Frank & Elizabeth (Adams) Thomas. Roy married Phyllis (Kelley) Thomas on May 27, 1970. Roy retired from the Indianapolis water Company on July 1, 1999. Roy was also a pastor and enjoyed preaching Gods word. He was a member of Apostolic Pentecostal Church, he loved to fish, ride his Harley and gardening. Roy is survived by his wife Phyllis, sons; Roy R. Thomas Jr. of Moorseville, Billy Joe Thomas of Greenfield and Shannon Thomas of Indianapolis, daughters; Terisa Thomas- Emberton and Bobbie Jo Thomas both of Greenfield, brothers; Goble Thomas, Jerry Thomas, sisters; Blanche Phillips, Norma Sue Ratliff , Donna Thomas and grandchildren; Jade, John and Nick Thomas, Taylor Tongate and Kaylee Adams. He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother and three sisters. Friends may call Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140 with service immediately following at 7:00 pm, Rev. Joseph Riggs officiating.
