Ruth Hunsinger

Ruth Hunsinger June 8, 1928 - June 30, 2007 Ruth A. Hunsinger, 79, of Carthage, passed away Saturday June 30, 2007 at St. Vincent Heart Hospital. She was born June 8, 1928 in Batesville, IN to the late John and Rose (Belter) Westerfeld. She was a graduate of Batesville High School. She is survived by sons, Dan (Linda) Hunsinger of Greenfield, Jerry (Shawn) Hunsinger of Carthage, Jim Hunsinger of Hendersonville, TN; daughter, Barbara (John) Abrams of Milroy; son-in-law, Ray Outlaw of South Carolina; brother, Roy (Faith) Westerfeld of Batesville; 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by husband, Doyle Hunsinger in December 1987; daughter, Carolyn Outlaw; and brother, John Westerfeld. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday with Rev. Michael Manning officiating. Friends may call 4:30 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Stillinger Family Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes or American Heart Association.
