Ruth Kropacek

Ruth Kropacek May 8, 1920 - October 24, 2008 Ruth Kropacek age 88 years, a resident of Murfreesboro, TN and former resident of Greenfield passed away Friday night October 24, 2008 at N.H.C. Healthcare in Murfreesboro. She was born May 8, 1920 in Chicago, IL to the late John and Lottie (Honig) Zeger. Ruth owned and operated a comptometer operations company that supplied computations for the financial and banking industries. She was a member of the 1st Presbyterian Church, Lions Club and VFW Ladies Auxiliary all of Greenfield. She is survived by her daughter Dr. Marilyn Bodie of Clarksville, TN, son, Steven (Bethann) Kropacek of McCordsville; foster son, Ray; five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard F. Kropacek on June 29, 1990. There will be no services.
