Sharon Kay Callahan

Sharon Kay Callahan April 6, 1940 - May 3, 2014 Sharon Kay Callahan, 74, passed away Saturday, May 3, at home with her loved ones. Sharon was born April 6, 1940 to the late James Luther and Irma (Gumm) Houston. She married Harvey Callahan in Greenfield on October 28, 1972. Sharon worked at IPS schools for 27 years as a custodian before retiring in 2003. She loved to cook, tend her flower beds, and taking care of her family. Sharon is survived by her husband, Harvey; her daughters, Kimberlin Cook of Indianapolis, Theresa Boles of Greenfield, and Michelle (Michael) Hoovler of Greenfield; her son James (Tracie) Boles of Greenfield; her sister Carolyn Sue (Dennis) MacDonald of Texas; her brother Robert Lee Houston of Indianapolis; 12 grandchildren and 16 great- grandchildren. Sharon is preceded in death by her parents and her brother James Luther Houston III. Visitation for Sharon will be Thursday, May 8 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 W Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. Funeral Services will be on Friday, May 9 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
