Sheila Kay Lawson July 6, 1958 - September 25, 2010
Sheila Kay Lawson (Wilson), 52, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010 at her home surrounded by family and friends.
She was born July 6, 1958 in New Castle, Indiana to the late Tommy Duvall and Mary Edna (Blackburn) Thomason.
Sheila worked for Ft. Benjamin Harrison, DFAS as a computer specialist for 22 years, retiring in 2008. She was a member of the New Palestine Lions Club, American Legion Riders Post 119, was an avid motorcyclist, loved to travel and play cards with family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, W. Harry Wilson of Greenfield; son, Chris Allen (Rebecca) Lawson of Richmond, IN; daughter, Angelia Lawson of Indianapolis; step-son, James W. Wilson of Aurora, IN; step-daughter, Trisha E. Wilson of Loveland, OH; granddaughter, Elaina Rae Leyva; step-grandchildren, Blake, Kaleb and Reece Wilson; half-brother, Bobby Duvall of New Castle, sisters, Jeannie (Michael) Shipley of New Palestine, Karen White of Indianapolis, Suzie Duvall of Pendleton; cousin and best friend, Cindy Blackburn of New Castle as well as Robin and other numerous close family members.
Friends may call on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield. A private family service will be held at a later date.

My condolences to the family of Sheila. She was a very nice person who always enjoyed helping others. " I will be doing a run/walk in the Susan Komen's Annual "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" event downtown Indy on Saturday, October 16, 2010. Sheila will be remembered as part of the reasons I will be doing this.
