Shirley P. Hascall December 11, 1936 - June 29, 2011 Shirley P. Hascall, 74, a resident of Fortville, IN, passed away peacefully at Hancock Regional Hospital on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. She was born December 11, 1936 near Lynchburg, MO, to the late Arthur and Lottie (Crisp) Rayborn. She graduated from Plato High School, Plato, MO in 1955. She moved to Indiana in 1966 and retired from Lawrences Defense Finance and Accounting Service in 1994, where she held several positions and received many awards over nearly 30 years. More recently she was employed by Mount Vernon Middle School system and the Greenfield Christian Church as a Nursery attendant. She enjoyed children, traveling, reading, auto racing and crocheting. She is survived by her sons, Mark "Steven" (Linda) Hascall of Greenfield, David (Carolyn) Hascall of Indianapolis; brothers, Harold (Jo) Rayborn of Peachtree City, GA, Henry Rayborn of Baldyridge, MO; sister-in-law, Dora Rayborn of Clarksville, IN; granddaughter, Sally (Hascall) Dillinger of Ingalls; step granddaughter, Tammy (Brian) Harmon of Indianapolis; step-great granddaughter, Kayla Powell of Indianapolis; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents, sisters, Cora Delcour, Erma Macneil, brothers, Chester, Herbert "Kenneth" and Clois Rayborn. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday July 2, 2011 at Greenfield Christian Church, Greenfield. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call Friday July 1, 2011, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5635 W. 96th Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278. Comments I am so sorry for your loss. We will miss Shirley she was a sweetheart. I worked with her in the cafeteria at MVCSC. She was not just a co-worker to me but a dear friend. " Again my sympathy goes out to her family.
