Shirley A. Johnson September 12, 1935 - August 14, 2010 Shirley A. Johnson, 74, a resident of Willow Branch, passed away Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Community Hospital East, Indianapolis. She was born September 12, 1935 in Jabez, Kentucky to the late Jonah and Elsie (Polston) Oakes. Shirley was a homemaker and a member of the Kennard Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Clarence Johnson of Willow Branch; sons, Rick (Charla) Johnson of Willow Branch and Gary (Vicki) Johnson of Nashville, TN; 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bob Oakes. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield with Rev. Randall Morris and Rev. Dillard Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield. Friends may call Tuesday, August 17, 2010 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
