Shirley Ostewig

Shirley Jean Ostewig, age 60, of Greenfield, Indiana, passed away on August 6, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 9, 1958, in Indianapolis, IN to the late Richard Cartmel & Margaret Cartmel. She married the love of her life, Michael Ostewig, in 2017. She spent her career with Walmart as a Department Manager until her retirement. Shirley enjoyed bingo, fishing, adult coloring books, animals, Precious Memories Figurines, but most of all spending time with her precious family who she loved dearly. Left to cherish Shirleys memory are her husband Michael Ostewig, sons Michael (Abbey) Neeley & Steven (Krista) Neeley Jr.; Michael Ostewig II; daughters Kasi (Randy) Turner, Brandie Keeling, sisters Darlea (Rick) Dilk & Tina Cartmel; 11 Grand Children; Elijah, Anna, McKenzie, Aidan, Nadia, Austin, Seth, Nina, Brennin, Phoenix & Maverick. Shirley is proceeded in death by her parents Richard & Margaret Cartmel, brothers Benny Howington, Jerry Howington & Ricky Cartmel & Grand Daughter Brooklyn. Visitation for Shirley will be from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 09, 2018 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A Funeral Service will be at 6:00 PM on Thursday August 9, 2018 at the funeral home.
