Susan Lolethea (Clark) Price

Susan Lolethea (Clark) Price, 77, Florence, IN, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at home with her loving family by her side. Susan was born on Christmas day 1947, in Indianapolis, IN, to George Monroe and Elizabeth Marie (Lamkin) Clark. Susan is a 1966 graduate of Pike High School. She earned her associate's degree in nursing from Ivy Tech, Indianapolis.

Since the age of 5, Susan has been an incredible dancer. All through school she participated in tap, toe, and jazz dance, winning her many awards from competitions to that of the local fairs. Also, while in high school, she earned a brown belt in judo. She loved to fish, vegetable garden and can, watch the soap opera 'Days of Our Lives,' and complete word searches. She worked as a licensed practical nurse in Gallatin County, KY, for many years, before retiring.

Susan is survived by her loving children, Ben Denison (Dixie), Matt (Casey) Denison, Josh Denison (Shane Greene), and Karisa Beasley; brother, Bryan (Gale) Clark and Becky Clark; and many nieces and nephews.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herbert L. Price, Jr.; and sister, Marcia Campbell.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home- Hendryx Cumberland Chapel, 11636 East Washington Street, Cumberland. A nurse's honor guard ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
