Tammy Sue (Morris) Herrin

Tammy Sue (Morris) Herrin, 64, passed away Monday, June 12, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 5, 1959, in Franklin, Indiana, to the late George William and Judith Ann (Rugenstein) Morris. Tammy is a 1977 graduate of John Marshall High School. She married the love of her life, James Ward Herrin, on October 10, 1980.

Tammy was a tremendously loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her and will be sadly missed. Tammy was everything wrapped in love for her family. She adored her grandchildren and would spend as much time with them as she could. Tammy also enjoyed tending to her flower gardens, walking, riding her bicycle, being outdoors, and going to the beach.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy of 43 years; their children: Michelle (Paul) Elsbury, April (Tom) Hagman, Lee (Christy) Herrin, and Sam Herrin; grandchildren: Bobbie Joe (Sarah) Derrick, Brendan Hagman, Grant Elsbury, Paul Elsbury, Jr., Andrew Elsbury, Addi Herrin, Jack Herrin, and Gabby Herrin; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Friday, June 16, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, with the service immediately following.
