Ute I. Ashdown August 4, 1943 - February 22, 2008 Ute I. Ashdown, 64 of Greenfield passed away Friday, February 22, 2008 at her home. Mrs. Ashdown was born and attended high school in Germany. She devoted her life to her family and was a homemaker. Ute is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Ronald H. Ashdown of Greenfield, Son; Glynn L. (Wendy Binion) of Cumberland, Daughter; Diana (Bryon) Hartzog of Indianapolis, Brother; Hans-Joachim Schlag of Germany and Grandchildren; Kirsten Jackley, Kaitlyn, Madison and Justin Hartzog all of Indianapolis. Burial service for Mrs. Ashdown will be private. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home~ Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street in Greenfield.
