Wanda Imogene Wright

Wanda Imogene Wright, age 60 of Cumberland, Indiana passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born August 19, 1956 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Crawford and Katie (Grimes) Hobbs. She graduated from Greenfield High School and worked as a cashier for Bigfoot Gas Stations and as a prep cook for Ponderosa. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, gardening and garage sales. She is survived by her husband, Dave Wright of Cumberland; mother, Katie Hobbs of Greenfield; children, Howard Avery of Coconut Creek, FL; Nathan Avery of Cumberland; Ike Avery of Knightstown; Caleb Avery of Greenfield, Veronica Admire of Wanamaker; Rachael Avery of Greenfield; brother, Lonnie Hobbs of Greenfield; sister, Teresa Nunley of Shelbyville; and 6 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, James Crawford Hobbs; brother, David Hobbs; and grandchild, Bobbie-Jo Avery. Visitation for Wanda will be held from 10:00am until 2:00pm on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 W. Main St, Greenfield, IN, 46140. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 2:00pm at the funeral home with burial to follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
