Wayne W. Overstreet

Wayne W. Overstreet, age 86 of Greenfield passed away April 2, 2017 at his home. He was born June 11, 1930 in Lebanon, KY to the late Oval and Sally (Spalding) Overstreet. Wayne served in the U.S. Navy from 1948 1952. In his earlier years, he enjoyed photography and received his B.S. Degree from University of Louisville. Prior to his retirement in 1993 he enjoyed a long career as a Toxicologist at Eli Lilly, Greenfield. He was a long-time member of Bradley United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife Rowena (Edwards) Overstreet of Greenfield, son; Steven (Carol) Overstreet of Fishers and grandchildren; Rachel, Jacob and Nathan. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Michael Overstreet in 2013 and infant grandson Zachary. Friends may call 11 am until 1 pm, Monday, April 10th at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main, Greenfield, Indiana 46140. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm with Rev.
