Zadie Mae Sexton September 9, 1941 - December 5, 2012 Zadie Mae Sexton, 71 of Greenfield passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Hancock Regional Hospital, Greenfield. She was born September 9, 1941 to the late Roy and Eupha Capps Dawson. Zadie enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling. She retired in 2006 as a glass maker from Pilkington Industries in Shelbyville. Prior to retirement she also worked for Indiana Box Company and Kentucky Electronics. Zadie attended the First Baptist Church of Greenfield. Mrs. Sexton is survived by her husband, Edward Sexton of Greenfield; sons, Jimmy L. (Kathy) Kirkwood of New Paris, IN., Darrell W. Kirkwood of Anderson, Lonnie L.(Diane) Redmon of Carthage and Edward D. Sexton of Kentucky; brother, Johnny Dawson of Beech Grove; sister, Alma (Joe) Merriman of Greenfield; twenty two grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter, Karen Hernandez; brothers, Stanley, Floyd, Leroy and Clyde Dawson and sister, Lucille Sanders. Services for Mrs. Sexton will be held 1:00 pm, Monday December 10, 2012 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 W Main Street, Greenfield with burial to follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield Friends may call from 11:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Stillinger Family Funeral Home on behalf of the Zadie Sexton
