Maury Mayfield

Maury was originally from Tell City, Indiana and found his way to Greenfield by way of New Castle. He was married to his wife, Jane, and was the father of four children: Julie, Sherry, Lori, and Tony. Maury was an active member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and served as the President of the St. Michael's Parish Council. He was a longtime Funeral Director for the funeral home for many years. Maury enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and was a Department 56 enthusiast and collector.

Being a family assistant meant that Maury knew how to take care of the grieving. He was able to connect families with the people they needed to speak with while providing comfort and support during their time of need.



He will be deeply missed.
